Includes previously unpublished material. The Fugitives were poet activists (primarily at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee) who published an influential literarly magazine of their works, "The Fugitive," from 1922 to 1925. This 1928 collection "represents the very best of a small but important group" (dust jacket flap). Spine label and board edges a bit sunned otherwise very good to near fine in about very good dust jacket with only a few small chips but with spine rubbed and unevenly tanned (not affecting lettering).
