AMY VANDERBILT'S COMPLETE BOOK OF ETIQUETTE: A Guide to Gracious Living.
Garden City: Doubleday & Company, 1952. First edition. A hefty book, running to 700 pages including the index, and covering every conceivable question of etiquette as well as suggestions for conducting ones life. Illustrated with line drawings by Fred McCarroll, Mary Suzuki, and a 20-something "Andrew Warhol," who is clearly suppressing any personal expression, as the drawings are all generic ones of place settings and the like. Near fine with a touch of foxing and few tiny stains to page fore edges; in about very good dust jacket with light rubbing, few small chips and tears, light creasing, and a few areas of relatively minor staining. Scarce in any dust jacket at all.
