Southern Gothic novel set in Faulkner's fictional Yoknapatawpha County. 8vo beige buckram stamped in orange on front and in blue and orange on spine; top edge stained orange; 480 pages. Good with endpapers darkened (offset from binding materials), scattered light foxing, occasional stains to margins, and decorative bookmark on front endpaper of Burwell Calahan by "VAVA" dated 1928 in the plate. Lacking the dust jacket.
