White/ Best Wishes/ Max Kaminsky/ Feb. 5 1968" with doodle beneath. Illustrated with 8 pages of photos, most of which feature other jazz greats including Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Fats Waller, et al. Near fine to fine with just a touch of subtle fading to board edges; in good dust jacket with rubbed nicks and tears, including 1" tear on front cover near top of spine, and a bit of soiling/scuffing.
