Though copyright page dated 1959, this edition actually published March 21, 1962 [Maynard and Miles, A2b]. Near fine with upper board corners crimped; in very good dust jacket with lightly rubbed creasing to upper edges of spine and front panel and red portions of spine gently toned to soft pink-orange.
