Illustrated by Alfred Crowquill with 10 hand-colored plates including the frontispiece and extra illustrated title page, as well as with numerous drawings in the text. Finely bound in 16mo 3/4 polished calf decoratively ruled in blind on front and back; 5 gilt-tooled spine panels, 5 gilt-ruled raised spine bands, gilt-lettered red leather spine label; marbled paper boards with matching endpapers and all edges marbled; 251 pages. Very good or better with names on front blank partially erased resulting in thinning to the paper, few mild scuffs to the covers, and boards just visible at corners.
