Hand-bound by Cardoza-James Bindery, San Francisco, with a quarter-leather spine and decorated paper-covered boards. The type is Goudy Thirty, set by Mackenzie and Harris of San Francisco. The mould-made paper is from the Wookey Hole Mill in England. This 12" x 8" folio has a calf binding and decorated paper sides. Titles in rust and gold. Fine, as issued without dust jacket.
