Printed by Andrew Hoyem. Illustrated with 23 tipped-in original printing specimens, including one folding one, and two pages of printer's devices (one for each Press). Printed letterpress in red and black on deckle edged handmade creme-colored paper, watermarked as Arion Press, with the AH printer's device, dated 1976. Bound in quarter green Morocco leather and patterned mustard cloth printed in green over boards. Titling information printed in gilt on spine. This beautiful book measures 10.5 x 14.4 inches. Contains the editor's preface, an introduction to the Grabhorn Press by Sherwood Grover, an introduction to Grabhorn-Hoyem by Andrew Hoyem, an index of titles, index of authors, artists, etc., an index of types, and a bound in errata sheet. Provenace: This copy is from the library of Roger K. Larson with his bookplate, designed by Tom Killion, on the front pastedown. Larson was one of California's preeminent private collectors; a distinguished medical doctor, professor, Laureate of the American College of Physicians, and confidant of some of California's most respected book dealers and literary scholars.
