Provenace: This copy is from the library of Roger K. Larson, and has his bookplate, designed by Tom Killion, on the front pastedown. Larson was one of California's preeminent private collectors; a distinguished medical doctor, professor, a Laureate of the American College of Physicians, and confidant of some of California's most respected book dealers and literary scholars.
