Gonzo journalism at its best with illustrations by Ralph Steadman and photographs by various others. First-issue dust jacket with white border around picture on back panel. Very good with page edges lightly foxed and light stain to margins pp.405-18; in very good, lightly rubbed, price-clipped dust jacket with blue skull cap on spine toned to pale blue-green, few faint stains on verso (not visible from the front).
