This copy with 40-page publisher’s catalog dated August 1906 at rear (variously seen with catalogs dated July, August, or October 1906, per Cagle, who also notes that Jessie Conrad's copy, which was among the first few from the binder, had catalog dated August). Very good with minor shelf wear and hinges starting but still tight.
