A satire about a fraudulent preacher, immortalized on the screen by Burt Lancaster. This copy is in the second-state binding with clear "G" in "GANTRY" (in the first, it resembles a "C"). Cloth a bit rubbed and few marks on pastedowns, but still very good with few pages bent at corner, lacking dust jacket, but in a new FACSIMILE jacket.
