New York: Random House, (1945). First edition. Fine in lightly soiled dust jacket with tanned spine and edge chipping, including a 1/2" chip in front panel affecting the "Th" in the title. Still, bright copy which contains a photograph of original cast, which included [James] Earl Jones, Richard Basehart and Anne Burr. The play was made into a movie in 1949 (with Ronald Reagan) and was revived on Broadway in 1984.
