Self-published book of 9 poems celebrating police work with titles including "A Policeman's Duties," "The Vagrant," "The Traffic Cop," "I Am the Law," et al. According to the brief foreword, the poems were mostly written during a period when Kelly was working over-night on the "signal desk" due to an injury sustained in the line of duty. Stiff, blue paperwraps printed in black on front cover only; frontis photograph of Kelly in uniform. Covers aged, lightly soiled and rubbed;the occasional stain to margins; last few pages pulling from staples, otherwise quite good. OCLC locates only 2 other copies. Rare.
