According to the brief foreword, the poems were mostly written during a period when Kelly was working over-night on the "signal desk" due to an injury sustained in the line of duty. Stiff, blue paperwraps printed in black on front cover only; frontis photograph of Kelly in uniform. Covers aged, lightly soiled and rubbed;the occasional stain to margins; last few pages pulling from staples, otherwise quite good. OCLC locates only 2 other copies. Rare.
