All three volumes bound in cloth-backed boards each with a different photographic image of Everson on front; printed spine labels; clear acetate dust jackets. Books designed by Black Sparrow's Barbara Martin. All are as new. VOLUME ONE (1997): THE RESIDUAL YEARS, POEMS 1934-1948, number 57 of 100 DELUXE COPIES. Includes collected verse plus uncollected and previously unpublished poems. Foreword by Allan Campo, introduction (from the 1968 edition) by Kenneth Rexroth and an afterword by Bill Hotchkiss, which includes many references to Robinson Jeffers. Black Sparrow's Press announcement laid in. VOLUME TWO (1998): THE VERITABLE YEARS, POEMS 1949-1966; one of the 300 unnumbered trade hardbound copies. Includes collected verse plus uncollected and previously unpublished poems. Foreword by Allan Campo, introduction (from the 1978 edition) by Albert Gelpi, preface (from the 1978 edition) by Everson, and an afterword by William Harryman. Includes Black Sparrow's press announcement and email correspondence between Mears and Black Sparrow. VOLUME THREE (2000): THE INTEGRAL YEARS, POEMS 1966-1994. Number 95 of 100 deluxe copies. Includes collected verse plus uncollected and previously unpublished poems. Foreword by Allan Campo, introduction by David Carpenter, preface (from 1991 edition) by Everson, and afterwords by Bill Hotchkiss and Judith Shears, both done in 1999.
