Two volumes, the second being a PORTFOLIO OF BROADSHEETS WITH EACH ONE SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR & ARTIST and including an AUTOGRAPH POEM SIGNED BY EVERSON. A stunningly beautiful production. Selected for inclusion in surveys of fine contemporary press work by the Library of Congress as well as the Grolier Club. One of 50 Roman-numeraled copies, this one being number "XIV," SIGNED BY EVERSON & KILLION who provides the five superb dark blue linoleum prints, including the 14.5 x 9" crucifixion triptych spanning the double-page extra-illustrated title page. 10 x 15.5" quarter tan cloth side-stitched with leather thong, decorative paper-covered boards; extra end sheets of gradually lighter color, making this deluxe edition thicker than the numbered one. In publisher's wood slipcase covered with decorated paper (10.25 x 16.125"). Very fine in slipcase with small bump to one corner but otherwise fine and as new. Provenance in the form of email correspondence with the collector, Allen K. Mears, provided.
