Basis for the 1963 film of the same name with screenplay by Storey and starring Richard Harris, who received an Oscar nomination for his first starring role. Near fine with faint foxing to front endpaper which is just slightly tanned along hinge; in very good or better dust jacket with spine slightly tanned, light soiling and few small stains.
