REVIEW COPY with publisher's review slip laid in. 4to beige cloth boards -- a large production measuring in at 8.5 x 11 inches and 738 pages. The draft shows Mailer's extensive corrections, additions and deletions which appear on just about every page. One of only 1000 copies printed, many of which must have gone to libraries given the relative scarcity of this book. Fine in near fine dust jacket with few short tears.
